RAW MATERIALS SELECTION
In flour production, special attention is given to raw materials selection, which are controlled daily on admission and on placement into production process.
Control is conducted in our own laboratory, as well as in authorized laboratories for food safety control.
Ownership of highly modern and sophisticated equipment, which satisfies production process' quality control system ISO 9001:2008 and food safety standards HACCP and HALAL.
